Public Consultation: Publication of Regulatory (Separated) Accounts
Today, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) published a consultation paper entitled Publication of Regulatory (Separated) Accounts–ECS 21/2011. This document seeks comments from stakeholders and interested parties on the Obligation imposed on SMP Licensees to make available certain aspects of their separated accounts. The document presents URCA’s rationale for the publication of Separated Accounts and details the type of financial information that must be contained in the separated accounts that are to be published for public consumption.
