Fees and Other Charges
If you are an URCA licensee or a new applicant, one or more of the following fees may apply.
- URCA Fees & Charges:
- Application/Administrative Fee
- Annual Operations Licence Fee
- URCA Publications Charge
- Communications Licence Fee
- Tribunal Fee
- Spectrum Fee
Communications and Spectrum fees are payable to the Government of The Bahamas. URCA’s role in facilitating these payments is limited to billing and collection functions. Similarly, and once a fee amount is determined by the Registrar of the Tribunal, URCA will invoice and collect such fee payment on behalf of the Utilities Appeal Tribunal.

Fees and charges may be paid by cheque or money order, credit card or bank transfer/wire. URCA does not accept cash payments on premises.
