ES 06/2021 – Statement of Results and Final Decision – Consultation on the Proposed Tariff Review Framework, Guidelines and Procedures for Public Electricity Suppliers
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) hereby issues this Statement of Results and Final Decision to its “Proposed Tariff Review Framework, Guidelines and Procedures for Public Electricity Suppliers (ES 02/2021) published on 12 March 2021.
The decisions reflected have considered matters discussed and responses received following URCA’s consultation with stakeholders which concluded on 23 April 2021. URCA extends thanks to all the Respondents for their participation in this public consultation process.
Concurrently with this Statement of Results, URCA will publish the Tariff Review Framework, Guidelines and Procedure for Public Electricity Suppliers (ES 07/2021) as a standalone document.
