In accordance with sections 54(2) and 64(1)(b) of the EA, URCA now sets out in this Preliminary Determination the types of fees and charges it proposes to levy upon licensees in the ES. URCA invites and welcomes representations from licensees, members of the public and interested parties on the matters set out in this Preliminary Determination.
