The work consists of the Fit-Out of the 3rd and 4th Floors of the URCA Headquarters per the Design Documents provided by TDG Architects and Upgrades to the Mechanical Systems particularly the Fire Sprinkler, and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems per the Documents provided by Brown and Associates for the entire building.
