The Bahamas Government has issued its Request for Proposals (RFP),launching the process which will result in the liberalization of the cellular market in The Bahamas. The Government's request for proposals was announced at a recent Press conference by the Cellular Liberalization Task Force, (CLTF) headed by Ruth Millar.
