URCA has extended the courtesy of a 5 p.m. March 10 deadline extension for submission of responses to its 2023 Draft Annual Plan for those stakeholders requiring extra time to complete responses. Please note that this extension will be the final deadline for responses to the 2023 Draft Annual Plan.
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has today issued its 2023 Fee Schedule. Publication of the fee schedule is in accordance with section 8(1)(e) of the Communications Act, 2009. Persons may view the 2023 Fee Schedule here. Invoices will be issued to licensees in the usual manner.
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority, (URCA) has extended the deadline to respond to its Draft Annual Plan 2023, (URCA 2023). The deadline has been revised from February 10, to February 17,2023. URCA reminds stakeholders that responses to the said Consultation Document be addressed to URCA’s Chief Executive Officer with the subject line, “URCA draft Annual Plan”.
