The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) is currently conducting an investigation of numerous outages in electronic communications services throughout The Bahamas in recent months.In August alone, there were significant outages in Andros, the Berry Islands, Exuma, Inagua, Mayaguana and Ragged Island.
