Notice Extending Time in RAIO Consultation

URCA Today issued a Notice extending the time for the RAIO consultation to 12th November, 2010, for interested parties to comment on submissions made by BTC regarding its charges for Joining Circuits and Forecasting and Planning as mandated by URCA in the Public Consultation document (ECS 22/2010) published on 7th September regarding BTC’s draft Reference Access and Interconnection Offer (RAIO). Deadline Extended for Preliminary Determinations on SMP Responses

URCA published Preliminary Determinations ECS 18/2009 and ECS 19/2009 (the “Preliminary Determinations”) on 30 September, 2009. These Preliminary Determinations set out the types of obligations that in URCA’s view would satisfy the obligations to be imposed on those licensees presumed to have SMP, in accordance with s.116(2) of the Communications Act, 2009 (the “Comms Act”).
