URCA invites and welcomes written comments from interested parties regarding its Consultation Document ES 02/2016 on the draft Public Electricity Supplier Licence. Within fourteen (14) calendar days after the consultation closes, URCA will carefully consider the comments received and issue a Statement of Results and Decision along with the finalised text of the licence.
