Licensees in a regulated sector are required to pay the Tribunal Fee, under Schedule 3 of the Utilities Appeal Tribunal Act, 2009 (UAT ACT). The Tribunal Fee for 2023 has been set based on the UAT's budget for 2023 as published on 30 December 2022.
