URCA has extended the courtesy of a 5 p.m. March 10 deadline extension for submission of responses to its 2023 Draft Annual Plan for those stakeholders requiring extra time to complete responses. Please note that this extension will be the final deadline for responses to the 2023 Draft Annual Plan.
URCA issues this Statement of Results and Final Decision further to its Consultation on “Definition and Interpretation of a Major Outage in Public Electricity Supplier and Authorized Public Electricity Supplier Licenses – ES 02/2022” document (“the Consultation Document”) published on 1st November, 2022, in exercise of its powers under section 38(c) of the EA. The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has today issued its 2023 Fee Schedule. Publication of the fee schedule is in accordance with section 8(1)(e) of the Communications Act, 2009. Persons may view the 2023 Fee Schedule here. Invoices will be issued to licensees in the usual manner.
