URCA Notice: May 1st Advanced Polling
In light of the scheduled Advanced Poll of voters on May 1, 2012, broadcast licensees are cautioned that where the Content Regulations prohibit the discussion of voting results, purported voting results and results of any opinion polls on polling day until the close of the polls, the applicable polling day is May 7th, the day of General Elections. Accordingly, such discussion of voting results, purported voting results and results of any opinion polls regarding the Advanced Poll are also prohibited from May 1st 2012 until after the close of polls on May 7th.
