Re: Tender for Elevator Maintenance Services
You are hereby invited to bid in competition with others for the provision of Elevator Maintenance Services to the Utility Regulation and Competition Authority’s (URCA) offices situated at Frederick House, Frederick Street.
You will find attached to the invitation to tender detailed specifications relating to the project services and the procedure and methodology for responding to this invitation. The instructions contained therein are to be strictly adhered to in submitting your bid, should you decide to participate in the process.
URCA intends to hold an optional site visit on Friday 9 June, 2023, for interested security services companies at its offices located at Frederick Street. The time of the site visit is 3 pm on the subject date. Interested companies are advised that no parking is available at the URCA offices, and you will therefore need to find alternative parking, if attending.
