The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) invites proposals from suitably qualified persons to provide consultancy services in relation to URCA’s ‘Competition Guidelines’ project.

All responses must be submitted in hard copy by no later than

28 April 2023 at 4:00 pm.
