URCA Issues Final Determination and Order Against CBS
Pursuant to section 101 of the Communications Act, 2009 (“Comms Act”) the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) publishes its Final Determination and Order issued on April 12, 2012 to Complete Business Systems Ltd. (“the Licensee”).
The Final Determination and Order were issued in accordance with sections 99 and 95 of the Comms Act, due to the Licensee’s Individual Spectrum Licence becoming ineffectual as a result of the revocation of the Licensee’s Class Operating Licence on December 2, 2011.
