Notice of Revocation of Licence
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA), in furtherance to its Final Determinations and Orders issued to Sawtel Co. Ltd. (Sawtel) on August 28, 2012, hereby notifies that the Class Operating Licence Requiring Registration and the Individual Spectrum Licence issued to Sawtel on January 18, 2010 are revoked in exercise of URCA’s powers under section 27(1) (c) of the Communications Act, 2009 (Comms Act).
