Draft 2013 Annual Plan Published for Comment

December 28, 2012, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) published for comment, a draft of its Annual Plan for 2013.
The consultative document discusses the regulator’s strategic outlook and outlines the planned projects and regulatory initiatives for the year. URCA achievements during 2012 are also highlighted in the document.
The closing date for comment on the draft is February 1, 2013.
