The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has published its Statement of Results (SoR) following consultation on its Draft Annual Plan 2026.
The SoR sets out URCA’s responses to submissions received from the Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC) and a joint submission from Cable Bahamas Limited and Be Aliv Limited (CBL Group).
