NGS 19/2024 – Natural Gas Retailer Code of Conduct
1) This Code sets forth the minimum standards of performance in accordance with which a gas retailer is required to conduct its gas retail business.
2) The licencee shall ensure that all operations covered by this code are done in a safe, environmentally compatible manner.
