NGS 09/2024 – LNG Facility Construction, Operation, or Modification Regulations

In the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 8(3)(c) of the Natural Gas Act, 2024, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) hereby issues these Regulations with the purpose to establish the filing requirements that an applicant must follow to obtain authorization for the siting, construction and/or operation of an LNG facility.
