ECS 05/2017 Proposed amendments to the “Consultation on Measures for the Collection and Reporting of Market Data by Specified Licensee
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) hereby advises that it proposes to make amendments to the captioned consultation document and issue an addendum setting out the substantive changes it proposes to make to the ECS 05/2017 document. The 31 July 2017 deadline date for the submission of responses established under the ECS 05/2017 document will be extended to ensure that the consultation process is as comprehensive and inclusive as possible. In view of this, URCA will publish an addendum to the ECS 05/2017 document during the week of 30 July 2017 under which a new date for the submission of responses will be established for interested parties and the public to submit responses.
