Template, Code of Practice Announcement
Further to Clause 10.3(1) of the Content Code that requires broadcasters’ daily announcement of the existence of the Code and its complaints procedures. And Clause 10.3(4) that stipulates URCA’s provision of a template for such an announcement where there may be interest, please note the PDF document below for your guidance.
Full compliance with the Code becomes effective April 2, 2012.
