Terms and Conditions
On 2 December 2009, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) published its Final Determination on Class Licences, Exemptions and Types of Fees (ECS 24/2009).
The terms and conditions for the various class licences, the criteria for licence exemptions and the types of fees to be levied by URCA under the Comms Act will remain in force until such time as they are repealed and replaced by a subsequent Final Determination issued by URCA or pursuant to the Comms Act.
