Final Determinations: Alleged Breaches of Content Regulations, ZNS
On January 15, 2013, The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) issued Final Determinations on alleged breaches of the Communications Act by the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas (BCB) as follows:
- May 2, 2012 complaint regarding a paid political advertisement of the Free National Movement (FNM)
- Alleged use of profanity during a May 4, 2012 television broadcast
