The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) hereby issues the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 45(2) of the Communications Act, 2009 (“Communications Act”), which provides for the issuance by URCA of general regulations relating to the protection of Consumers and the provision of Services by the holders of Individual Operating Licences and Class Operating Licences Requiring Registration in The Bahamas.
