ECS 03/2019 Statement of Results Technical Standards Framework for FM Broadcasting
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) today issued its Statement of Results and Final Determination in relation to its “Second Consultation on Technical Standards Framework for FM Radio Broadcasting in The Bahamas – ECS 08/2018” (“the Second Consultation”). URCA also publishes its Technical Standards for FM Radio Broadcasting in The Bahamas (the Technical Standards) document – ECS 04/2019 concurrently with the publication of this Statement of Results and Final Decision. URCA’s decisions reflected herein have also considered matters discussed and responses received in relation to URCA’s consultation on “Technical Standards Framework for FM Radio Broadcasting in The Bahamas – ECS 07/2015” (the First Consultation).
