ES 03/2022 Definition and Interpretation of a Major Outage in Public Electricity Supplier and Authorized Public Electricity Supplier Licenses
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) issues this Consultation Document on the proposed definition and interpretation of a “major outage” for Public Electricity Suppliers and Authorized Public Electricity Suppliers that will apply to the electricity sector in The Bahamas.
URCA invites and welcomes written submissions and comments from interested parties, including members of the public and licensees, with sufficient interest in the subject matter of this Consultation Document.
Written comments should be submitted to URCA by 5:00 p.m. on 30 November 2022.
