ECS/01/2023 Draft Regulations for the National Alert Warning System in the Electronic Communications Sector in The Bahamas
In this consultation document, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) provides a rationale for a National Alert Warning System (NAWS) in The Bahamas and sets out the Draft Regulations for a NAWS.
URCA invites and welcomes written submissions and comments from interested parties, including members of the public and licensees, with sufficient interest in the subject matter of this Consultation Document.
