URCA Publishes Public Consultation Document on Content Regulation: Process for Developing Codes

Today URCA published a public consultation document on Content Regulation: Process for developing Codes of Practice. The purpose of this public consultation is to set out URCA’s initial proposals to exercise its powers of delegation by establishing an industry Working Group to develop the new Codes, and potentially to play an ongoing role relating to their future development and to compliance monitoring.’

The deadline for URCA to receive submissions and comments is on or before 5 pm on 12 March, 2010
