REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR EXTERNAL LEGAL SERVICES
This document comprises a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from suitably qualified legal practitioners, to provide legal services to the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA), on an as and when needed basis.
The remainder of this RFP outlines the overall scope of external legal services which may be sought by URCA from time to time, sets out the basic requirements for a proposal in response to this RFP from interested Legal Practitioners, and outlines the evaluation criteria and process which will be used by URCA as the basis for empanelling practitioners.
The objective of this RFP process is to identify a suitable panel of legal practitioners from which URCA can source legal services based on experience, technical expertise, project methodology, and costs.
