Request For Proposal – Supply And Installation Of Audio-Visual (AV) Systems

The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design, supply, and installation of state-of-the-art Audio-Visual (AV) systems** for its Boardroom and Training Room.

The Scope of Work includes design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, staff training, and ongoing support for AV systems.

AV System Requirements:

  • High-definition displays/projectors, sound systems, video conferencing, control systems, and recording capabilities.
  • Wireless/wired connectivity and structured cabling integration.

Submit proposals electronically to procurement@urcabahamas.bs with the subject line “IT 10/2024 – AV System” no later than November 4, 2024.
