In accordance with Section 41 of the Comms Act, URCA published its first Annual Report for the period 1 August – 31 December 2009, which contains unqualified audited accounts for the period.

In addition, the Final Annual Plan is also published – this has been revised following comments received from interested parties, and a summary of the responses is published in the Statement of Results.
