The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) is inviting comments on the first-round responses received to its Consultation on the establishment of Internet Exchange Points (“IXPs”) in The Bahamas. Copies of the Consultation Document and the first-round responses received may be downloaded from URCA’s website at https://mangra.dev/wp-content/uploads/sites/32/2019/05/ECS-072019-FRAMEWORK-FOR-ESTABLISHMENT-OF-INTERNET-EXCHANGE-POINTS.pdf. Persons who wish to express opinions on the Consultation and related responses are invited to submit their comments in writing to URCA’s Director of Electronic Communications, either:
