The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has extended the deadline to respond to its Preliminary Determination on “Wholesale Fixed Call Termination Price Control for SMP Licensees” (URCA document reference ECS 01/2014). The deadline has been revised from April 8, 2014 to April 30, 2014.
