Notice of Extension: Addendum to Market Information Reporting Requirements for Specified Licensees in the Electronic Communications Sector (“ECS 28/2017”)
On 19 November 2020, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) issued: Addendum to Market Information Reporting Requirements for Specified Licensees in the Electronic Communications Sector (“ECS 28/2017”) for public consultation.
URCA invited Respondents to send written comments and submissions to URCA by 5:00 p.m. on or before Monday 21 December 2020. To date, URCA has received two responses to the Public Consultation Document. Based on the responses received, URCA will address some of the responses by meeting with Specified Operators. Therefore, to allow for additional comments coming out of the proposed meetings, URCA has extended the deadline to submit responses to URCA’s consultation document to 22 February 2021.
URCA reminds the public that responses to the said Consultation Document can be submitted to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of URCA either:
- by hand to the Chief Executive Officer, Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority,
Frederick House, Frederick Street, Nassau, Bahamas; or
- by email to info@urcabahamas.bs; or
- by mail to P.O. Box N-4860, Nassau, Bahamas; or
- by facsimile to (242) 393-0237.
URCA, issues this Notice in accordance with Section 8(1)(e) of the Communications Act, 2009.
