The Utilities Regulation and competition Authority (URCA) publishes its Statement of Results and Final Determination on “Wholesale Fixed Call Termination Price Control For Significant Market Power (SMP) Licensees” (ECS 12/2014). The consultation document (ECS 01/2014) which sets out URCA’s preliminary views and proposals on Wholesale Fixed Call termination for SMP
