On Wednesday 29th June, 2011 URCA received two responses to its Public Consultation Document (ECS 09/2011) on “Methodology for Assessment of Significant Market Power”, which was issued on May 18th 2011.
Responses were received from the following stakeholders:
- The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC)
- Cable Bahamas Limited (CBL)
URCA now invites interested persons to make further submissions in response to comments made by other parties to this consultation. Such submissions must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Friday July 15th, 2011. Persons may send their written responses or comments to the Director of Policy and Regulation, either:
