Response to 2nd Round of the Public Consultation on SMP Published
Today the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) publish the Response received to the second round of consultation on its Public Consultation Document (ECS 09/2011) on “Methodology for Assessment of Significant Market Power”, which was issued on May 18th 2011.
On Friday 1st July, 2011, URCA commenced the second round of consultation and invited both The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC) and Cable Bahamas Limited (CBL) to provide written comments to URCA on the Responses received by interested parties to the first round of consultation.
