This request for proposal seeks to identify and appoint an independent consultant to provide internal audit service to maintain and support an effective internal control function. The proposed consultancy services will be provided for a three-year period, commencing 1 January 2024.

The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority invites interested parties to submit proposals to provide internal audit services.

The deadline for submission of proposals is no later than 3:00pm 3 November 2023.
