In exercise of the powers and duties conferred upon it by section 8(1)(d) of the Communications Act, 2009 (Comms Act), the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) hereby issue the following Regulations. These Regulations may be cited as the “Disaster Management Regulations for the Electronic Communications Sector in The Bahamas.”
