Today, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) published on its website the first-round responses received to the consultation on the Review of draft wholesale Dedicated Internet Access reference offers from BTC and CBL (ECS 02/2021). On 26 February 2021, URCA launched a two-round consultation process in respect of the captioned regulatory measure. With the publication of first-round responses on its website, URCA now invites written comments on the views expressed by Coakster Wireless, Judith Smith, and Wicom Bahamas Ltd. in their first-round responses on the consultation. Copies of all first-round responses may be downloaded here.
Persons who wish to express opinions on the consultation and first-round responses are invited to submit their comments in writing to URCA’s Chief Executive Officer, either:
- by hand to URCA’s office at Frederick House, Frederick Street, Nassau;
