How to file a complaint during office renovations:
Anyone wishing to file a complaint may do so online or through the other complaint-filing mechanisms. The simplest mechanism would be to email info@urcabahamas.bs. Please include your name, service provider, account number, nature of the complaint, and whether you have made the service provider aware of the complaint. We will still be reachable at our normal office numbers and our normal business operations will continue remotely during this period.
Apply for a Licence:
Anyone wishing to apply for a License or type Approval can do so online only during this period. Completed application forms, only with all required information and supporting documents, must be submitted to URCA electronically for processing. Payment for the processing of an application can be made by:
- Credit card (through the completion of the credit authroization form that is attached); or
- Bank transfer (banking instructions are attached; proof of payment is required with this form of payment);
- Deposit at bank (receipt/proof of payment is required with this form of payment)
