Funding for UAT
The Third Schedule to the Utilities Tribunal Appeal Act, UAT (the Tribunal) provides for the levying and collection of a Fee (the Tribunal Fee) from all “licensees or regulated persons in the regulated sectors” in order to fund the establishment of and the work of the Tribunal.
