Extension of Time for ADR Consultation
Today, URCA issued a NOTICE OF EXTENSION for responses to the Public Consultation Document “The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Guidelines – [ECS 02/2014] issued March 24, 2014 after URCA received requests from key industry stakeholders for URCA to consider an extension to its deadline of May 2, 2014 as stipulated in the document.
URCA has, therefore, extended the deadline and will now consider all responses from interested parties on the Public Consultation Document that are received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2014.
