URCA announces a further extension to the response timeframe to its “Preliminary Determination on the Assessment of SIGNIFICANT MARKET POWER, (SMP)”, reference document ECS 10/2014. The new deadline is the 29th August, 2014 for the initial responses and September 30th, 2014 for comments on the initial responses.
