The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has released its updated Standard Consultation Procedures (SCP) and made them available for public consultation. The SCP document sets out URCA’s proposed policy, guidelines and procedure for engaging relevant stakeholders in consultation for regulatory and decision making measures moving forward. Public consultation of this document, which is available through URCA’s website, runs through September 23rd 2021.
