ES 02/2022 Guideline for the Electricity Sector on the assessment of Fine for Breaches

The aim of these Guidelines is therefore to advance the development of the regulatory framework governing the ES and in so doing bring greater clarity, transparency, and consistency to the methodology and factors that URCA will consider in order to arrive at appropriate fines that are proportionate to the breaches.

URCA invites and welcomes written submissions and comments from interested parties, including members of the public and licensees, with sufficient interest in the subject matter of this Consultation Document.

Written comments should be submitted to URCA by 30 SEPTEMBER 2022.
