Extension of period to submit responses to Consumer Protection Regulations Public Consultation
The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (“URCA”) issues this Notice in accordance with section 8(1)(e) of the Communications Act, 2009 (“Comms Act”).
URCA hereby notifies the public that the deadline to submit responses to URCA regarding URCA’s Consumer Protection Regulations – Consultation Document ECS 07/2013 has been extended to August 30, 2013.
URCA reminds the public that responses to the said Consultation document can be either sent via email to info@urcabahamas.bs, faxed to (242) 393-0237/393-0153, postal mailed to P.O. Box N-4860 or hand delivered to the URCA office situated at the UBS Annex building on East Bay Street, New Providence.
