URCA accordingly invites proposals from suitably qualified persons to provide consultancy services in relation to URCA’s ‘Competition Guidelines’ project. In particular, the project entails the development of a converged Competition Guidelines of URCA’s existing Competition Guidelines for the Electronic Communication Sector and the development of sector specific inclusions for the Energy Sector (“the Guidelines”).
